Housing Trusts – Tenant Handbook Photography

I’ve recently been helping a Manchester housing trust with the photography for their Tenant Handbook. Rather than the usual location photography I set up a portable studio in the offices of Parkway Green Housing Trust, Wythenshawe. Studio lights and a white background were used to give the images a clean un-cluttered look. The graphic designers are going to superimpose several of these images together to make a front cover collage for the handbook. I’ve not done this type of studio photography with Housing Associations for a number of years, but personally, I think it works very well in print, leaving plenty of white space for text.
